Im just curious why be open? If you arent going to help anyone. I get no effort to try and cash my check just that i have to come back in the morning and get it verified. Like what if i need the money to get home or worst my kids something to eat. Verifying a check should be simple for a check cashing place. But instead not just myself but another young man got told the same after the teller tried to call a number. Why are we being put on hold. Why do we have to jump through so many rings just to get money we already worked for. I really don't understand and its really sicking to deal with this everytime i try to cash my checks.
I am an independent contractor that have been bringing checks here for years and I am sick and tired of getting my checks over scrutinized by this company when they have never got a bad check not even once on a technicality. Their service is becoming less necessary because more companies are using alternate forms to send payments so you'll think they would accept all the money they can get. I will just cash checks at the cash checking office closer to my house sense there's no point in trying to build a business relationship with this relic.
The service is great! They have good hospitality and showmanship. They don't hesitate to help or ask if they can assist.
I hate this place so much. I cringe every time. I only go when I have no other choice. Horrible service and horrible attitudes! They are rude, have 0 common sense and no people skills.
This place is so un professional. I would never come back here again . They lady would not open up the doors for us to get in . All I wanted to do was cash a check .
