When I first got a loan here I had to have collateral alone with titles now after a year I am able to borrow money with just good standings this is a great company to get your first loan with and it helps build your credit.

I returned to Franklin first financial on Epps bridge rd,where I had previously received 3 loans and never had any problems. I went to this location a few days ago and sat and waited 30 minutes with no one even speaking to me. I don't know where Tracy Sheats went ,but y'all could take notes from her on Epps Bridge Rd as far as customer service goes.I gave 2 stars because I ended up going to the Lawernceville location and had a great experience with Vickie.
