Good bank, especially like the low cost locker facility and they are available on Saturdays too. However, if you are on a temporary or work Visa, do not even try to apply for a loan like auto loan here as they will not give loans for the term you are looking for and rather limit it to the time remaining on your visa, even though you tell them it can be renewed.
I have only had good service. I'm there to do banking not make friends. I see the negative comments. I'm not sure what people are looking for. As for me I'm seven years in so far so good!
Do yourself a favor and choose a company who returns their customers calls and wont ruin your future loan applications with other companies. They refuse to provide necessary document for current borrowers to switch mortgage company's to bring their mortgage rate down.
Worst Credit Union ever. I definitely would choose Delta or ACU over GA Own. The tellers are rude except for like one. The branch manager JACKIE HALL is so disrespectful and focused on herself, she doesn’t realize she is a manager of a bank. JACKIE never knows what to do and never wants to help the members. I’m closing my account because it’s seriously no point. JACKIE totally ruined the credit union experience for me. Alpharetta branch needs better management. Period.
Great bank to be ripped off in, especially for seniors on limited income. if you have money here, i would run, and take whatever money they let you have back.
