The owner or general manager needs to have a talk with the black woman at this location. I was going to buy a few videogames and a ps4 and all I wanted to do was switch out a case that was broken with another case of a sports game that they will not sell and I got no I'm sorry I can't do that but before another gentleman asked and it was completely ok and take a guess what his race is.... To the owner I was going to buy a lot of stuff today 5/30/19 but because of your racist employee I wont be dealing with this Cash America Pawn or any location ever again. Fellow customer's teach them a lesson and go somewhere else.
I would like to let you guys know that this is the lowest paying pawn shop I have ever seen I have heard through the grapevine that employees have a contest going on what they can get for nothing whoever gets the most expensive item for for little of nothing gets bragging rights I guess it's a way of being employee of the month you get a special parking place I think you get your lunch bought for you for the week I'm not really sure I know that I had came in with a brand-new in-the-box cell phone never been turned on before and was offered $5 came back in the store just to see and they had it for sale for 80 bucks I guess that guy got a special parking place that week do not shop here there's other pawn shops down the road that don't have contest going on how cheap they can rip you off if you want to buy something maybe this would be the place but remember they have paid nothing so you have plenty of room to talk him down if they won't budge go somewhere else
I have been a customer with them for a while and usually they are pretty good, but today i had a horrible experience here. The guy who works in there treated me and my sisters very rude and unprofessionally. I won't be returning. I don't recommend this place to anybody else either. Their are like 2 people that work in there that are nice and the others are lazy with attitudes.
The store has changed ownership and now has a tiered price system. No more making deals here and their inventory has taken a huge hit as there is hardly anything in the stores now.
Best Pawn Shop ever! Amazing selection of tools and the store is very clean and organized. Management here is very nice too! Awesome Deals! It's the best in the Atlanta Metro!
