OMG This had to be the worst experience of my life!!!!!! I brought my first pay check here to be cashed.Please keep in mind this was a few years ago. And yes I'm just getting to post a review about my experience. So I gave my paycheck to the teller at the ace on h st she then suggest that i get a card to load my money on, so I decided to do that. But instead of loading my card she loaded her own card i didn't realize that my card had no money on it until i went to the store and my card was declined. So i went back and ask for my money showing her that the receipt had another person card info on it she act as if it was my fault. I called headquarters they gave me the most humiliating experience i felt in forever telling that there is nothing they can do. and treated me as if i was lying. Now this took place over 8 years ago and I still think about it. I was young so i didn't know all what to do i just let a $900 check that i busted my butt for just go away and i decided to just let it go. But now i really think people should know just in case it happen to them they can be prepared. Please Be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
