I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. This credit union gave me a chance on an auto loan at lest than half of the rate other institutions wanted to charge. Now they are helping us get a loan for our daughter. Dawn is extremely helpful and is great to work with.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent organization in the community. My only gripe is no Saturday hours.
Not user friendly when it comes to online banking. Behind on times, no app for phone, really need to step it up. Closed out 3 accounts this week because of it lacking those reasons
Freindly teller never had an issue I would give 5 but I'm just basic checking though so I'm not aware of loan and ect. Ps you can check your account online..
Very disappointed with the service. Went in today one teller and there were 4 customers waiting. Service is really going down hill.
