My experience with RCN is great. Alan Johnson is absolutely amazing to work with! He never miss a beat. I had one issue at the beginning (with another Loan Officer) and Debbie Ordille, VP of Lending, corrected the situation immediately. I am looking to refinance properties, and I came across RCN a couple of months ago. I talked to a representative who was incredibly rude, and just didn't seem like she wanted to make money at all. So, I tried them back a couple months later, and was talking to someone in customer retention regarding my previous experience, and requested that I could work with another rep. She then had the rep i had worked with previously call my cellphone, and ask what she did wrong. Extremely unprofessional.
