I've always had very positive experiences when using UCC and find the cashiers to be pleasant and efficient. The ppl who have nothing but negative experiences are upset that they weren't able to get away with scamming the place. I've seen a LOT of ppl who get checks from between $2-5gs in the mail randomly, and then get all mad at the cashiers when they are told the truth, that it's a FAKE CHECK! If it sounds too good to be true IT IS, mamma wasn't lying.
Worst place to cash a check! They dont follow the sign on their own wall as far as fee pricing. The girl behind the counter charges $5 for a verification fee which she just calls and verifies the money order number. Price gouging at the worst! Charges $8 to cash a $100 MO! Ill never go back and I hope the joint burns down! Honestly feel that this is a racial issue with some people. If your Hispanic, your treated well, if your black or white, forget about it!
