I have always been overly impressed with this shop. They are knowledgable and very fair with every transaction. Store personnel have always gone above and beyond to to work with me and always pay better than any competitor.
Very, very rude. Especially the young lady who is demeaning.
If I could give 0 I would. Very rude and arrogant. Worst two experiences I've ever had at a pawn shop. I will not be going back, nor will anyone I know!!
Very incompetent workers. Offered me 5$ for a perfect, quality retailed hundred dollar item for very ridiculous reasons assuming their customer's are stupid but thats fine because they won't get any business from me anymore. Oh and I came in one time to sell a speaker a female worker couldn't find online (because thats how they figure out how much the item is and how much they would be willing to pay for it) and I offered to find it myself and was able to find it in less than 2 minutes. These people are very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
This place is a total rip off. They try to majorly undercut you and then over price all their stuff. Also the staff are some of the rudest people ive ever dealt with. Just go to yankete peddler down the street and get some real cash!
