I've been with Liberty Bank for a few years now and have nothing but great experiences. I recently received my paycheck direct deposit a day late causing me to have an overdraft fee. Liberty Bank understood and reversed the fee. A big bank like BOA or WFG would never do this. Liberty Bank rocks.
Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. The manager Troy goes above and beyond for all who walk in the door.
Far from the "typical" banking experience. I opened a few new accounts after leaving a big bank with a bad feeling about banks. Troy, the branch manager, made the process as simple as can be. We opened 2 new business accounts, a personal account and new payroll, every detail was taken care of and Troy even drove out to our business to finish paperwork, totally painless!
