My issue came once I paid off my loan. I paid the car off fully. 13 days later they took out another automatic car payment. I was told sorry we already got the money nothing we can do. Then to top it off they pulled all my on time payments and paid off from car off my credit report. Just shows as closed now.
Could be a better loan service. I have a list of goods and bads. GOOD - 2 times to turn on car if you moss the first day of payment, which gives some leeway if you're smart about it. BAD - They won't let you just make a payment arrangement until the day you can pay it and it would be way easier than the measly two codes you have if you need the car to be on for only 3 more days. Like if my payment is due Monday but I won't have it until Thursday when I get paid. GOOD - I'm not sure which lady it is but she's pretty chill when you call in about putting the codes in and she's quick. BAD - Asked if they could switch the days my payment is due. I wanted to switch it from Mondays until Thursdays because I had just gotten a new job and won't get paid till Thursdays, which would be more convenient and allow me to balance my money easier since bills don't stop coming. GOOD - They give you a loan. BAD - They send you through hoops when it comes to you not giving them your money when they want it. BAD - There is no way to pay your payment online, which is sometimes useful in circumstances where you are not able to call or drive to them to pay. I have never missed a payment and they don’t report accurately to credit bureaus, payments are not updated and balance is not updated. The number they have listed under credit accounts is out of service. Just spoke to them , she was helpful and informative.
These people are very rude, not trust worthy and most people f all they won't help when you are down and out. By the this freedom of speech
Just want every one to know what they’re getting themselves into when dealing with these people. They prey upon folks desperate for a car and bad credit. My girlfriend lost her previous car and needed a new car to continue working so long behold these people approved her, but she got approved for a car worth $5,500, priced at $13,5000 with a 19% interest rate, bringing the total cost of the car to $19,000. They want weekly payments and after being late (and calling ahead to let them know she was going to be late on a payment) they repossessed her car. Don’t deal with these people. They are sharks and they’ll rob you for everything you’ve got!
