Convenient local Western Union / Check cashing place. Understaffed, long line- but taken care of quickly. Worker was friendly and courtious. They also process utility bill payments. Place looks pretty run down, very dirty and unkept- light fixtures missing bulbs / broken, site widows unwashed. Surprised to see a Western Union franchise location in such bad shape. Next time, I'll visit a local mom and pop variety store on the next block when paying my utility bill. A lot more hospitable and gratifying experience. (And not freezing inside either!)
David Diaz is very unprofessional and rude! He acts as if people begging him to pay their bills there or cash checks. I will never go back here or recommend anyone to.
