Went in to get registration loan. After the whole process I get told I was denied do to system error and that they have been having issues since Saturday but are told to still go through the process. They said to come back or call in the next day to see if system is working and I wouldn’t have to do it all over again they will use same info. Called in next morning and this rude girl danitza answers. She sounded illiterate and very unprofessional and told me I had to do it again. This place needs to get people who are educated and well mannered or that at least have some sense of customer service. I do not recommend coming here. And no one should.

VERY RACIST!!! They try to speak in Spanish not knowing I understood them and they verbally in another language discriminated against me having my check cashed for no reason. Do not cash your check here!!!! Go to check into cash.
