To the corporate manager of Winslow's buddy's, I have a complaint about your store service and the employees working there. I was going to buy a fridge from there and the lady said I needed to put a down payment so I did and they showed me a used one on display in the store that was there for a long time, but I wanted a new one. some time later I came in to fill out the forms while the man was loading the used fridge. I told them I did not want that one and that I asked for a new one. the blonde lady got mad and rudely took my folder and threw it away then rudely asked " are you going to buy something?" I said no and asked for a refund of my 10 dollars and they grew angry with me and rudely told me that it was not refundable. I will never shop here again thanks to the horrible service I received at the Winslow Buddy's. Even they're loosing business over their behavior and everyone in Winslow knows it.
We have always had a awesome experience here the staff is always friendly , never had any problems. We were previously Buddy's renters in Phoenix and they have never treated us the way Terri and his employees treat us which feels like family they are great group of people wish there was more like them in this town. We would like to say Thank you Terri and Staff keep doing what your doing we appreciate it.
I enjoy my queen mattress...very comfy and very good price. Never had any problems with them. They are always willing to help. I like there greetings and there always have respect for customers. If i had a facebook they would get 4 stars.
Awesome place to rent from, they work with my pay schedule.. always provide excellent service when I need my items fixed. When I walk through the doors I'm always greeted with a smile.
