Horrible service, constantly given run around about information about my bill that was paid OVER three weeks ago. They are incompetent to even speak a coherent sentence. I paid a bill, they never paid it to the correct company and now they won’t even take my call. Horrible place to pay any type of bill. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER for ANYTHING. “I have other customers right now” we’ll my sons gonna go without light because you couldn’t train your workers to do their job the right Way! Literally telling me to call customer service after four days of being told I can get a refund... seriously unprofessional place. Don’t trust with your money. Be aware. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for your time and I apologize to people not the company for my rant.
High rates and horrible service. Their check cashing fees are really high and they try to force their own debit cards and direct deposit on you.
This location is the absolute WORST there’s an older lady by the name of Anabel that completely screwed up she didn’t know how to do her job so she put a factitious address on my account causing my card to decline after having to calling FOUR TIMES and asking if she could put my REAL address ON my account so my card would stop getting DECLINED she cussed me out hung up on me and when I called back to speak with a supervisor she continued to pick up the phone and hang it up VERY RUDE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve dealt with ace for over 5years never had any major issues and because of this horrible and disgustingly RUDE employee I’ve decided to cut ties they should really train their employees better or hire people that actually know what their are doing I could deal with the ridiculously long lines while employees just hang out watching 1 employee do all the work and I can deal with the employees that make minor mistakes here and there but when you go out of you way to change personal info and are so rude and disrespectful and unhelpful after the fact that’s the absolute worst this location is a MESS!!
Staff is friendly and usually pretty quick. I was in and out in under 15 minutes when getting a title loan and unless a line, payments go quicker.
