Took a month to send a card, that I never received, but made sure the bank statements got to my house JUST FINE! The customer service is terrible and they were of no assistance or even took in to consideration their mistakes. Smh. Got me going all around San Tan valley to get my dinero. Y’all need to give Diamonde a raise cause she was the only help ever.
Great staff. I use the shared branch banking and they are always more thN helpful with my requests. Our 501c charity does its banking here also. I would recommend banking here
I have been visiting for 7 months from out of state. This is a shared C.U., they have been very nice, I have had no problems with the staff or any of my transactions. I would recommend this business for all your banking needs...☺
After using this branch to do my shared banking with an out of state credit union multiple times, i went in on a Saturday morning and met Diamonde who couldnt seem to figure out how to find my account with the shared branch! I was going to open an account with this institution but i sure am glad i didnt!
