Chase Bank's Reviews
Awesome branch! Very friendly and personable staff and know what they’re talking about. Best experience I’ve ever had at a bank!
We went in a couple of days ago to open a checking account. It was about 5:10pm. We were greeted by the only banker they have. She sits to your left as you walk in. I told her we need to open an account. She goes on to say that it takes about an hour to open the account and we would need to come back another day. Oh and set up an appt and she would help us then. My mom needs a wheel chair to get around. I thought she would make an exception due to my mothers condition but no. I could not believe how fast she turned us away. I mentioned they should have a sign to alert customers not to go in after 5pm to open an account and it was misleading that hours of operations said 6pm. I dont understand why anyone would turn away new business. Im sure the corporate office will not agree with the way this branch is being managed. I will be getting in contact with them. It's unfortunate to have to go else where because of their poor customer service.
Helpful and Friendly Staff ☺️ Easy to find. Good parking lot
Wow....so where do I begin? So, I walk in to cash a check and to close an account. So, I get to deposit my check and they tell me that I could go ahead and take a seat to be helped for my account so, I do. As I am waiting, this rude a$$ lady walks up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything, so I tell her the reason as to why I am waiting, and she sincerely tells me to piss off because they have appointments and they would not be able to help me out until 3:30 in the afternoon?! Lol, I walked in and signed in with the time stamp of 1:38 p.m. So, she simply tells me that it is not convenient to help me right now due to her appointments. Is she going to pitch in for the gas for me to come back? Yeah, I didn't think so. I came to my closest chase with my tank on empty, but I needed to get my errands done for today. So, I'm at the Esperanza location hoping it won't be the same story with this customer service. I would recommend only using the ATM and avoiding their customer service at all times. They are a good for nothing team, might as well be closed for the day. Very disappointed and I wish I could leave zero stars.
Someone needs to teach this branch about customer service, or at least Vanessa. Her job is to provide customer service not to try to get out of work. Vanessa is the one located immediately to the left when you walk in, avoid her like the plague... she is that bad. On June 1st I went to get a title notarized for a vehicle I was in a rush to sale cause someone was coming to pick it up. I called to verify someone was there to notarize and I was told there was. Upon arriving I sign in and had a seat. 15 mins goes by and Vanessa asked me if I am here for an appointment. I told her I was just here to get something notarized. She told me she was booked until 1230 pm, it was 10 am. I said I can wait this is very important and I have to get it done. She told me that I need to have an appointment. I have never had to have an appointment to get anything notarized from chase... Not in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or even in South Korea. A hour passes and she is just lollygagging with the person she is with (no issue they have an appointment) but there was some info this person needed so they called someone, for at least 15 mins Vanessa was walking around getting a beverage, making copies, and talking to a local resident. In this time she could have definitely fit me in but no she was busy doing nothing. Now a gentleman walks in with a title to get notarized and I said sir do you have an appointment? He said no I just need a title notarized, and I said good luck Vanessa isn't trying to fit us in. He thought I was joking and about 40 mins goes by and 2 more customers walk in. Vanessa was literally waiting until the next appointment came in to finish the last one. The guys says I have never waited this long to get something notarized, I say that's because she isn't trying to fit us in. I was there for almost 2 hours at that point. She all of a sudden finishes with that customer and wants to try to get us in. We were both done in 5 mins. June 8th I showed up once again to get something notarized and guess who is there? You guessed it Vanessa! Once again she asked if I have an appointment. I was really hoping they alternated weekends cause this lady is just pure lazy. I told her no and she said she was booked for the rest of the day, its 930 am. I didn't even argue with her cause I already knew she lacks the ability to render customer service. I walked out and decided to go back in just to get her name, thank God I didn't have to talk to her cause she probably would have asked me for an appointment for that also. I asked someone working at the counter and just left. I drove to Green Valley and walked right in... No appointment Vanessa, I wasn't even asked for an appointment. I was greeted with "Good morning Sir what brings you in?". A 10 min drive to another branch was like going to another country with a complete different outcome. Luis had me out within 5 mins of arriving, once again no appointment Vanessa. Please give her additional training or find someone that wants to help customers. There are plenty of people out here who would appreciate having a job. She has no customer service skills and needs to find a career doing something else which doesn't involve human interactions. I have been with Chase since they bought out Washington Mutual... so all and all about 18 years I've had an account with them as a company.
