5 stars all the way down always makes me suspicious. I wish I could give it to zero stars. They must give themselves all of these great reviews, I can't imagine anyone being happy as they walk out this door. I came into situation where I was offered a job overseas. I needed quick cash so that I could pay for the certifications that were required of me and to actually fly over there for my first hitch. I called ahead to TitleMax Prescott and the person on the phone told me that they could absolutely take care of me with a title loan on my $25,000 truck. I drove 90 minutes into town, spent $100 to detail the truck. I went in with all of the required paperwork and applied for a $10,000 loan against my $25,000 truck. My FICO is around 700. I'm 45 yrs old. Prior to the lady running my credit bureau, I asked what the interest rates were like. She told me that the interest would be 119%. I thought I was hearing her incorrectly and assumed that she meant 19%. I attempted to clear it up by asking her if she meant on a $10,000 loan, I would pay $1,900 over the term in interest? She said "absolutely". I had planned to to pay it out in 4 months anyway, so I wasn't too concerned. She approved the loan of $10,000 over 48 months, and told me my first payment would be just shy of $1,100 per month. I nearly fell out of my chair. She told me that if the loan went full term, it would be $48,000! Of the nearly $1,100 per month, the principle would be just over $80 per month ithat's nearly $1,000 interest the first month! LUDICROUS! I Immediately canceled and walked out. I asked the lady why she didn't tell me all of this prior to me pulling a credit bureau? Even when I asked questions about the interest, she gave me a pretty smile and acted unsure and gave incorrect answers, I'm not sure if it was unwittingly or not. I've never needed a vehicle title loan before, I've never needed a high-risk loan before. Now I see how people get enslaved, people that need these loans are probably usually quite desperate for immediate cash and are apt to sign anything, even an impossible loan repayment plan. In fact, the gentleman in the kiosk right beside me looked to be nearly destitute, with torn and dirty clothing, and very unkempt appearance, generally looking down and out. These people are vultures. The workers in the office are very nice and courteous, but the company are absolute vultures and want nothing more than to keep people enslaved and broken, and perpetually coming through that door...

The ladies in the office have always taking care of me, I’ve been with Titlemax for almost 2 years!! My furnace is broke in my house, I had no option to go to TitleMax. The District Manager Victor along with Doti the GM funded my loan!!! I can get my furnace fixed now!! Thank you Doti and Victor God Bless.
