This has been a great place for me to go for Loan's check cashing paying bills. Friendly staff. All around great
Closed my account . I had been charged a service fee which left me with a negative balance . Tried to pay balance but -couldn't just pay the fee . No I needed to up load money to my card -which had a fee to put money on the card . But wait !! Couldn't do that because the account was closed . so then I called a number to settle the account . couldn't pay over the phone?? Why ?? I don't know . wow then went back to ace to up load money (with a fee) to pay a fee to close my account . All this for less than a $4 amount .
The associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable
Been waiting 20 minutes to cash one of their money orders someone in line in front of me is trying to cash a 15k check and teller can't authorize it and she can't let me help me because she says she's already in the middle of helping someone I have to wait for his friend, mother, brother, to call before she can help me
