E-banking is the way to go but this location has a banker Lorie who gives the best service and always has a great smile; a real professional in a world of personality challenged people. She wasn't there today so I hope she didn't quit as she is the only reason to physically go to the bank and we will likely switch because she makes us feel important.
Washington federal is the worst bank I’ve ever sued in my life they charged me 75 dollars in over draft fees when my account said that I had money and they don’t want to refund me my money never using this bank again.
