I reached out to Quicken Loans in May/June this year. I was really impressed with the loan officer I was speaking with and decided that with how attentive and knowledgeable she seemed to be I would have an easy time with finding and purchasing my first home. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I was closing on a house the associate ran my credit score and found that I had some late payments show up. After telling her that I would get those taken care of (which I eventually did thanks to goodwill adjustments) I never heard from her again. I gave it about another 3 months before reaching out to Quicken one more time in order to see about getting a loan. When I spoke to a new loan officer he was not helpful in any way, shape or form. He basically told me I wouldn't be able to apply for loan based on credit score (which is a lie and found that out with my new lender) and that I would have to completely pay off 2 credit cards in order for them to help me. I tried giving that loan officer another call 2 weeks ago, left a voice mail and never got a call back. Then I recieved a denial letter in the mail yesterday. Nice. I'm happy with the lender I went with now and will not recommend quicken to anyone.

All costumer service are pleasant, making sure cliente are completely satisfied.

It was an amazing (frustrating) experience it all started by the end of July. They started to sent what to agree what I need to sign. They started to ask for All the paperwork they need so there are underwriting’s finish of the process. This process Took from August till October. Just Wright I was told that they have everything they need to proceed they turned me down, because I was in I’m still in a very difficult situation financially because I was going to get a refinance in a month or 45 days it took three months my credit score change And they left me in the cold With no options so I’m still in the same position like before and even worst because of my credit score went down thank you Quicken loan rocket mortgage and all your team. I feel really frustrated and very disappointed. Sorry Andrew probably saying sorry to me or the other people is not going to change the outcome I am truly hurt.

Absolutely terrible customer experience. Closing costs doubled compared to estimates day before closing. No one answers the phone when you need them to. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from these con artists.
