I have been a flex card member for almost 2 years now. I always have good service at ace. I was just at ace checking on 27 ave and indian school. They close at 8pm. Says so on the door and the website. I show up at 7:54 with the doors locked. The blonde receptionist was with 2 people on the inside. I assume she was helping them but the conversation seemed friendly. She lift her head to see me try to open the doors and she looks back down. I get her attention and signal that I still have 5 mins and she just shrugs her shoulders. I'm waiting outside it's now 7:58. She looks up to see me still standing there, I point to the door that says closes and 8pm and she shoo's me off like a dog. I have never been treated like this in all my years finding business with ace. My transaction is literally a 2 min process. I hope she gets reprimanded for this.
