I'm so pleased to be banking at this location. From branch manager to tellers and loan specialists I have been treated with friendliness and care. In a world of online convenience and anonymity, I actually like going into this branch and being treated like a long time friend.
I visited Wells 10/09/19. Usually banking here is very good but this time it was excellent. Couldn't have been better. I am used to Wells Personal Bank Rep's being above the cut. Andrea was first class all the way and banking was efficient and fun. These are the days it pays to be a Wells Fargo Customer.
Went in to open a business checking account. Currently have a business checking, merchant, savings, line of credit, personal, and credit card accounts. This was for another venture of mine. Sat down provided all the necessary information and after a bout an hour we were ready to choose the account. I had no idea there were so many conditions. Like, a charge if you don't maintain a certain balance, how many checks are written, and here's the best of all...... a charge for depositing too much cash! A complete waste of my time! The " banker" sat there with a blank expression and no offer of assistance in helping me to solve the problem. In my business I problem solve all day long. When I go to do business with someone I expect them to do exactly what I do.... problem solve! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer relations and service. I'll start checking other options.
Andrea was very professional and knowledgeable . She went out of her way to clear up a problem for us late on a Saturday. Great to have someone like her as my banker!
The tellers are far more helpful than the personal bankers. I've had an ongoing access issue with a business account to which I am a signer. My personal banker supposedly granted me access to the account when I went into the branch. However, when I next logged on the accounts were not visible. Been into the branch 2x, missing work, was told to come in again or he would get someone on the line with me. I waited and when the line was picked up he'd left the call - just transferred me w/out telling me. Plus, the number he transferred me to was the wrong department. Just useless. And so annoying. This is the second personal banker who's done this. Just passed us off/moved us off their 'to do' pile. Certainly don't get the 'personal' feel at all WF.
