Joe was a sincere pleasure to work with. They weren't able to get my full loan amount approved but were able to increase it significantly, so it at least got the job done. I would definitely go here in the future. This location is greatly positioned and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I went in tonight right after work and to be honest I was super scared about getting a title loan. But Doreen Harper helped me at this store and she helped me understand all the interest and payment and made I super easy to understand. She was helpful, polite, personable, and all around amazing to work with and I would recommend this TitleMax and her to anyone!!! She’s amazing!!!!!
Joe was a wonderful help. The process was quick and easy. They had snacks, water and coffee available for customers. The office was clean and the chairs are very comfortable! They even have special parking spaces marked for title max customers!
So I went to try and get a loan from title max on power and baseline. The customer service reps were so helpful I think her name is Doreen? She was very quick and efficient. I was helped by another rep first and I believe her name was Julia? Very polite and very respectful. I’d recommend anyone who’s trying to acquire a loan to visit these to ladies!!!!
