Outstanding customer service. Sam Called multiple numbers for check verification and even gave us a call back in the morning when they recived verification.
First impression are everything to me my first experience with you all and it wasn't a good one. All I needed to do was cash my check first off I got here around 8:15 or so and when I walked in I did not see a single person I called out no one answered then a few moments later I see 2 females walk from the back with there drawers in hand.....its almost 8:20 and y'all aren't ready for business yet....your sign says you open at 8 not 8:30 my advise get to work earlier or push opening time back some....at least they said "we'll be with you in a minute" which just wasn't enough for me
Do not! I repeat DO NOT get a loan through this checksmart! They will refuse payment from you then overdraft your account, when you do make a payment and pay more they purposely set your next payment to where your overpayment means nothing. You also have to fill out a power of attorney every 2 months if your significant other wants to pay on the loan also then they “loose” it and will refuse payments so you have to pay late fees. Know your options before you go through this place.
Nothing like keeping the poor man down. Lowest payments for the most ridiculous rates. Just read the fine print.
