I did not feel like any service was provided to me at all, other than filling out an application and never hearing back from the branch. The employees here create an uncomfortable environment. Growth envy is a problem that eats at the confidence of many people. Erica, the branch manager definitely displayed envy after reviewing my annual income statements, her attitude towards me immediately changed. Very rude, unprofessional, refuse to help you with any of the process. The two things I I got from One Main Financial a really bad taste in my mouth and an inquiry on my credit report. I do not recommend this company for financial service. I do not recommend this location. But the lessons above have helped me get a lot better at turning growth envy into something much more positive. Thank you OneMain Financial.
Was approved and before could log off the computer they called and then tell me in order to get loan I have to give them a car like a title loan and it has to be worth more then the approved loan and not be under finance company what a WASTE OF TIME....
The best place to get a loan
I received the worst customer service at this location. Not only did they waste about an hour of my time with their "technical delays" but then one of the woman directly lied to me about what I was signing in my loan agreement. I get a call back later clarifying their mistake with my loan agreement and state that I must return that day to resign or I have to cancel my loan and reprocess. Lack of professionalism and complete lack of competency. Look else where for a laon!
