Horrible experience !!! Will be reporting to BBB for unfair lending! ** Response to Cashtime’s owners message **8/22/2019- I went into the office and was approved by the system as I met criteria however the agent advised me that she would not be moving forward with my loan request because “the manager “ didn’t like the way I use my bank account !!! I asked to speak with “the manager “ and I was told that it would not change the outcome as although I qualify in the system and was approved , “the manager “ refused to work with me. I asked for my documents back however I was told no as this is how leads for approvals are justified. So I walked out with no loan but a system approval ? What happens in the system ? I didn’t decline the loan , is your business funding other loans off my approval ? Seems rather deceptive practices !!!!!! These are manipulative lending practices Cashtime and I will be reporting to BBB. YOU SET UP LEADS for your business needs and you only lend to a certain type of client. I saw multiple clients making window payments and I was told I was denied because there may not be funds in my account to cover payments !!! I advised if I have ACH debits to pay , I make sure funds are available however I was told again “ the manager “ said NO!!! Again I saw multiple people making payments manually but was told they only allow ACH payments. So I take it “the manager “ picks and chooses who is allowed to make in office payments and who requires ACH. These are unfair lending practices and I would like your corporate office number as I am aware you must have a compliance / risk department.
They don’t tell you that for first time borrowers they have a $1500 limit, waste your time with paperwork and ask how much you want only to tell you an hour later $1500 is all they can offer first time borrowers
Don't even bother going if your vehicle is salvage title.
This place is great! They make it so easy to borrow money and with OnTime payments they will allow you to borrow again. You do not have to fill out a ton of paperwork and go through the entire process all over again each time. My last visit was with Erica and she was awesome! Also, they automatically debit your account each time your payment is due and they do not require that you come in to make your payments. This is very convenient compared to other places who require you to visit their office each time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a loan, you go see Erica.
