Lost my laptop in pawn. Usually, they send out reminder letters or calls. Did not receive either and was not able to get my laptop back one day too late. The other location on 66 is better.
Workers are rude including the manager, will buy your possessions for as cheap as possible then sell back for more than its worth. DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE

Horrible customer service. Everyone that was in there didn’t look happy. The guy who was helping found any small reason some even that seemed like he was just blowing smoke up my ass to not take my stuff. Honestly don’t go here. Flagstaff pawn is way better. They’ll actually do their job and find reasonable prices for your needs. Don’t go here. I promise you’ll regret it very much.
