What is the direct # to the branch??/ I received great customer service & would like to speak to a certain individual....
I went in to wire money for my down payment for my mortgage I waited 30 minutes due to the fact the employee didn't know what she was doing, then all the sudden the system was not working they have more problems with their computers then any other bank I have ever banked at.
I don't know whow this bank has negative reviews, they are super friendly! I've been banking there for almost 4 years.
