I have had many issues with this bank over the years, frankly i am tired of the poor attitude of the employees there. This was the last straw i will now PERMANENTLY be taking my banking elsewhere. There thieves disguised as a bank. I will be happy when I leave work and can withdraw every cent of my money from there clutches. If you have to use Wells Fargo, I HIGHLY recommend a different branch... they will still be thieves, but maybe they will be nicer about it.
Well. What can I say. I have been banking here for a long time. I have had my share of overdrafts, low balances. I am not a perfect customer. I have been in my eyes a loyal customer to the brand Wells Fargo. The way they treat some of their customers is terrible. I'm sure the "perfect customer" gets the respect and that little extra effort.
This place has a bad habit of closing 5-10 minutes early.
Rude, wouldn't take id which was taken at other locations. A state issued card with my face on it, regardless of purpose, should be taken. Standardizing is a good thing.
I braught 25 rolls of nickles, and tried to get 2 boxes of pennies, the teller said she had the pennies, but then she proceds to open every roll and count every last nickle, after that she then says she doesn't have pennies and give me to another teller who counts every nickle again and says she can't help me because I was missing one nickle
