I have been at this bank since it opened (2008) as M&I bank, subsequently became BMO. It is the best banking experience that I have had at any bank for 50 plus years. You are not just a number, they actually call you by name. The staff is friendly very helpful and have always called me by name. I might make 1 or 2 trips a month to the bank and still they remember me. One day in a retail establishment one of the staff saw me and came over to say hello - that is what a bank should feel like. It has the feel of a small town bank but is a relatively large international bank.
This bmo always looks down on my for my account information and check sizes. They are always very rude even though every time I’m kind to them. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but every time they look down on me and are rude. I wouldn’t recommend this bmo unless you want to be talked down on. The bmo on Litchfield and camel back however is great and I would definitely recommend them.
Great location, friendly staff. Been with this bank for around 6 years and have had no issues. Love this location.
Sort of an old school feel when you walk in. Some of the staff have been around so long they know everyone by name and are knowledgeable if you have questions.
