I went in and they said come back in 15-20 minutes. Their computer system is rebooting. Someone there had already been waiting for over 15 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back. 20 minutes later they were still down with no cashiers. They were still telling people to come in 15 minutes. "Honestly, if you don't know when they will be back up, then say that! Stop lying to customers, it's not fair!"
This was my first visit to this specific location. Only one teller working with over 10 people in line. I was taking a deposit for a busniness and forgot my ID. They refused to do the deposit. I have been taking deposits for this company for over 10 years. They have had this policy for a couple years and when I have forgotten my ID they will still take the deposit. The manager came over and still refused doing the deposit. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. They were rude and arrogant. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
Horrible service, very rude and snobby like they really want to help you. I have been in twice to have something notarized and there were no other customers in the bank and they said I have a 20-minute wait. The second time I went it was 4:20 and she said I had to re-schedule for the next morning. I went to wellsfargo across the street and they were busy but had time to do my notarized document even thigh my husband is the one that banks there. Horrible. All other branches are friendly but the Buckeye branch is terrible. Stay away.
I opened an account online last night and have a question today. I tried calling for 10 minutes and can't get a hold of anyone. The phone rings 4 times, then gives you the option to go back to the main menu, then hangs up on you. If you don't push the main menu option twice it hangs up on you. If this is the customer service I can expect, I'll go to another bank! I should've read the reviews first.
