This company fraudulent tried to take out money out of my bank account after being notified the account had non-sufficient funds resulting in not one but TWO NSF fees. I have to wait until Monday but I will be filing fraud charges since now my account is over drawn. Unacceptable.. **update** I tried to speak to someone in the corporate office, today 8/1 which resulted in nothing.. I advised him that I no longer gave the authorization to with draw the money, he proceeded to argue with me that I had to give a written withdrawal... how convenient because I was not informed that would be the process when I signed up. I will also be contacting the BBB after I get off the phone with my bank. Word of advice: DON'T GO HERE!

The manager ,Rosa, was so rude and disrespectful as soon as I entered the store. Then began telling me I need to calm down after I got angry for her disrespectfulness and rudeness and threatened to call the cops after I asked for her supervisors name and number. Then tells me not to come bcak in and to pay over the phone.
